I would like to return or exchange my garment, how can I do that?

If you would like to return or exchange your garment to a different size / color, please contact us by sending an e-mail to info@norasofficial.com. We will not refund the shipping cost. Moreover, all customer are responsible for postage payments for the returns and exchange. In order to avoid unneccesary fees, please make sure to order the right size. The sizing chart appears next to each product in the webshop. All the goods are the customer’s responsibility until they reached our warehouse. Please ensure your packaging properly. NORAS is also not responsible for missing or delayed packages due to a third party delivery partner.

We only accept returns from purchases that was placed in the last 14 days. Items must be in a new condition. If the item is not qualify resellable we cannot provide you with a refund.

What countries do you deliver to?

We are shipping worldwide, however, the delivery fees vary, depending on your location. Currently we offer free delivery to Europe on orders over 149EUR.

What is the expected delivery time?

We are currently working with a made-to-order concept, meaning that we only manufacture garments after placed orders. Therefore, the shipping time can take up to a week, and delivery is up to 2-weeks.

Where can I buy your brand?

Is it possible to order a garment in a different color or size?

Yes it is. Variations are shown under each product in our webshop, however if you have a special customizing request you can contact us by sending an e-mail to info@norasofficial.com. Extra fees may apply!

How much does the delivery cost?

The delivery fee is depending on the package’s destination. Currently, we offer free delivery in Europe on orders over 149EUR. Every other shipping fee is calculated and presented at your check out page.

I made a mistake when placing my order. What can I do?

What if I changed my mind about my order?

If you wish to cancel an order, you can do that by sending us an e-mail to info@norasofficial.com. The process of canceling orders can take up to 2 weeks.

Can I pay for my order later?

Unfortunately, you can not. You can only pay for your order at check out by credit cards.

Do I get a receipt for my order?

Yes, you do. You get an online receipt sent to your e-mail address after the order has been processed.

I am not sure which one is the right size for me.

Our sizing is following the standard European size chart going from XS to L (34-40). Under most products in the webshop, we also placed a size chart is also providing you guidance in finding the perfect fit.

I placed my order, however I would like to add an extra item. What can I do?

If we haven’t already sent your order out, it is possible to add an extra item to your package. Send us an e-mail to info@norasofficial.com with your inquiry and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Is is possible to get a garment customized?

Yes, we offer customizing on our clothes. Let it be your height or size, we would like to give everyone the option to feel like our clothes were made specifically for them. Therefore, if you wish to order an item other than the standard measurements please write us an e-mail to info@norasofficial.com. Extra fees may apply.
