Shipping and Returns

NORAS Official is shipping worldwide, however our delivery fees vary on the package’s destination. We do not have a standard shipping fee. The delivery fee is calculated and shown at your check out page. Currently, we offer free shipping in Europe on orders over 149.

We are currently working with a made-to-order concept, meaning that we only manufacture garments after placed orders. Reason being is that we are avoiding mass-manufacturing and extra unused items. Therefore, the shipping time can take up to a week, and delivery can possible take up to 2-weeks.

We send most of our packages with GLS delivery services. In countries where GLS does not deliver parcels, we use regular post services.

If you would like to return your garment, or exchange your item to a different size / color, please contact us by sending an e-mail to info@norasofficial.com.

We will not refund the shipping cost. Moreover, all customers are responsible for postage payments for the returns and exchanges. In order to avoid unneccesary fees, please make sure to order the right size. The sizing chart is visible under each product in the webshop. All the goods are the customer’s responsibility until they reached our warehouse. Please secure your packaging properly, ensure that it cannot get wet or torn. NORAS is also not responsible for missing or delayed packages due to a third party delivery partner, however we will make sure to help in any possible tracking and guidance.

We only accept returns from purchases that was placed in the last 14 days. Items must be in a new condition. If the item is not qualify resellable we cannot provide you with a refund.

The return address will be sent to you in an e-mail with all the other extra informations that might be neccessary for a refund.
